By accessing or using the Bradford & Magaline website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Products & Ordering
All arrangements are handcrafted to order using seasonal blooms. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, the exact composition of each arrangement may vary slightly from photographs. We select equivalent or superior blooms when a specific variety is unavailable.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Payment
We accept payment via credit and debit cards processed through Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer local delivery and shipping to select regions. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand. Bradford & Magaline is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fresh floral arrangements. If your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
For non-perishable items such as baskets or accessories, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Custom Arrangements
Custom arrangement commissions are subject to a consultation process. Pricing for custom work is provided on a per-project basis. A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders. Cancellations after production has begun are not eligible for a full refund.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Bradford & Magaline and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bradford & Magaline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

When you place an order with us, we maintain a customer account record linked to your email address to fulfill your order and improve your experience.
